Frequently Asked Questions
How do credits work?
Each research run costs credits based on the depth you choose: Quick (1 credit), Deep (2 credits), or Comprehensive (3 credits). Your subscription tier determines how many credits you receive each month. You can also purchase additional credit packs at any time — purchased credits never expire.
What happens when a research run completes?
The pipeline produces scored findings, a synthesis report, and up to three insight briefs (“Help me decide”, “Help me understand”, “Show me what’s possible”). High-confidence findings are automatically compiled into your Knowledge Base for future reference.
How long does a run take?
Quick (depth 1): ~1–2 minutes. Deep (depth 2): ~3–5 minutes. Comprehensive (depth 3): ~8–12 minutes. Runs execute in the background — you’ll receive a notification when complete.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time from the Settings page. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Unused credits from your monthly allotment do not carry over, but purchased credit packs remain in your balance.
How do I delete my account?
Email gurjeet2797@gmail.com from the email associated with your account. We will delete all your data within 7 days.
Is my research data private?
Yes. All data is scoped to your account via row-level security. We do not share your missions, findings, or knowledge entries with other users. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
